You may have spotted a few changes to the website. If you have, well done. If not, then feel free to have a browse around and see if you notice the whizzy way all the News items, Images and Match Reports etc pop out of the page.

I know we only play hockey (and not all that well in the Summer!?), but we do have an ace website.

Fri 20-Mar-09 - Blast from the past - Stuart McKay
News from our old friend Stuart McKay: Retired from goalkeeping a couple of seasons ago due to a persistent hip problem and spent the rest of that season in defence. Then qualified as an umpire and for the last couple of seasons. I’m an EHA qualified level 1 umpire and looking to take level 2 in the Summer.

Here’s more news that may astound you, I’m getting married. You may remember Vicky from the last awards dinner I came to when I was still playing for the OR’s but it’s time I made an honest woman of her ;) In fact, it’s 2 months today…

But will she make an honest man of you, Stuart? Haha!

Sat 07-Mar-09 - 400 for the Club Captain
Rob Evans today made his 400th appearance for the Old Reigatians. Club Captain (and 3rd team captain) Rob has made 21 1st team appearances, 174 for the 2s, 187 for the 3s and 18 for the 4s.

Sat 31-Jan-09 - Another 200
Congratulations to Stevie Reece on making his 200th appearance on Saturday. (1s - 187; 2s - 10; 3s - 3).

Fri 16-Jan-09 - Members' Records
Dear All

As part of the improvements to our systems in the Active Surrey Bronze Award, we now have a Senior Membership Registration Form, which we ask members to complete (which you can get to by clicking here). However, for exsting members the prefered method is to update your own profile online by accessing the Members Area of the Club website.

For those who have not yet used the website in this way, a guide is attached with details of registration at the beginning and the update procedure.

As well as your own contact details the record asks for a contact in case of emergency, any medical information that we might need to know in case of injury, and by filling this in you are giving consent for the Club to take reasonable steps to contact that person and to deal with any illness or injury.

If you have any questions on this, please let me know. If you have problems in setting up or getting into your member record, please contact Adrian Fowler at admin@orhc.info.
